1 capsule (mg/1 capsule): L-arginine 500 mg, L-carnitine 100 mg, quercetin 100 mg.

Excipients: starch, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

Properties

L-arginine is one of the most effective stimulators of the pituitary gland's production of somatotropic hormone (growth hormone) and helps maintain its concentration in the upper range. This leads to increased protein synthesis, burning excess fat, and enhanced muscle cell growth.

L-carnitine has anabolic, regenerative effects, normalizes appetite and regulates the rate of lipolysis. The latter effect is especially important for people who control their weight. Taking L-carnitine stimulates the breakdown of subcutaneous fat and reduces the appearance of cellulite.

L-carnitine also stimulates energy processes in muscle tissue and vital organs, which leads to increased performance.

Quercetin is a flavonoid of plant origin, has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antihistamine, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, diuretic effects. It is part of the vitamin P group. It inhibits enzymes (lipoxygenase), anti-inflammatory mediators, and histamine release. Other flavonoids can be formed from quercetin.

Quercetin can normalize blood pressure and stimulate insulin release, inhibit thromboxane synthesis, and suppress platelet aggregation.

Adults: 2 capsules 2 times a day/1 sachet per day. Duration of administration: 4 weeks.
