Retinol palmitate (vitamin A) 0.058 g (g), α-tocopherol (vitamin E) 0.018 g (g), hydrogenated phospholipids 1.0 g (g), L-proline 0.0752 g (g), L-glycine 0.1 g (g), L-lysine hydrochloride 0.014 g (g), L-leucine 0.0108 g (g), monobasic sodium phosphate 0.225 g (g), dibasic sodium phosphate 0.685 g (g), sodium chloride 0.54 g (g), purified water.

General properties
LACRISEK free restores the lipid layer of the tear film, regulates and corrects the hydration of the eye surface, and has a regenerative, antioxidant, neurotransmitter and immunocorrective effect.
Vitamin A normalizes tissue metabolism, participates in redox processes, in the synthesis of mucopolysaccharides, proteins, lipids. Stimulates cell regeneration. Participates in the processes of photoreception (contributes to human adaptation to darkness).
Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant that protects cell membranes from oxidative changes.
Phospholipids in the form of liposomes perform a barrier function, are distributed over the surface of the eye and form a film that recreates the lipid layer. They act as conductors ("containers") for vitamins A and E, facilitating their penetration into the tissues of the eye. Vitamins A and E in combination with phospholipids provide functional support for the lipid component of the eyelids and stabilize the lipid layer of the tear film, which is crucial for the protective function of the tear fluid and control of its evaporation.
Amino acids that are part of LACRISEK free provide substrates for new cell divisions and extracellular matrix synthesis. In particular, lysine and leucine are of fundamental importance for the structural stability of collagen in various human connective tissues and, especially, in the stroma. Amino acids improve the trophism of the eye surface, prevent inflammatory and irritant reactions.
L-proline is one of the components of collagen protein – the basis of all tissues in the human body. It maintains the connective tissues of the eye sclera, cornea and blood vessels in a normal state.
L-glycine is a central neurotransmitter of inhibitory action, improves metabolic processes. Enhances the production of GABA. Has a positive effect on muscular dystrophies.
L-lysine is involved in collagen synthesis, namely in the formation of collagen fibrils, which is important for corneal healing. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous, analgesic effects, increases vascular tone and phagocyte function, activates cellular and humoral immunity, and the processes of biosynthesis of amino acids, their precursors and metabolites.
L-leucine is an essential amino acid that participates in protein synthesis, completes the regeneration process, and is responsible for corneal transparency.
Sodium phosphate monobasic and dibasic are used as buffering agents.
Indications for use
- Dystrophic and degenerative changes of the cornea.
- Computer syndrome (redness, burning, itching of the eyes).
- Hypolacrimation, dry eye syndrome and its prevention.
- After laser therapy.
- Endocrine ophthalmopathy, including in climacteric syndrome.
- Neuroparalytic keratitis.
Method of administration and doses
Instill 1 drop into the conjunctival sac 4 times a day or as directed by a doctor.
Side effects
Temporary blurred vision may occur after instillation. It is recommended to wait a few seconds before engaging in any activity that requires clear vision.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to any components of the product or other chemically related substances.
Reservation
The solution is intended for external ophthalmic use.
The solution is sterile until the vial is opened.
Do not use the solution if the vial is damaged.
To prevent contamination of the solution, close the bottle tightly after use and do not touch the tip of the dispenser to your eye or other objects.
If the medical device is used simultaneously with other ophthalmic drugs, a doctor should be consulted.
Storage conditions
Store at a temperature of 4°C to 25°C out of the reach of children. Do not dispose of in the environment.

Expiration date
2 years.
From the moment of first application of the solution, the product can be used for no more than 3 months.
Do not use the product after the expiry date stated on the bottle label.
