LACTOBACTERIN ENZYPHARM® is a combined biologically active supplement – a synbiotic, containing lyophilized microbial mass of probiotic lactobacteria, their metabolic products and inulin (prebiotic) – a growth stimulator of beneficial lactobacteria.
The drug helps normalize intestinal microflora in dysbiotic conditions of various etiologies in children and adults.

1 capsule contains: one dose of lyophilized probiotic lactobacilli Lactobacillus plantarum 8P-A3, Lactobacillus fermentum 90T-C4, their waste products, inulin (prebiotic) – 10%.

Properties
Bacteria Lactobacillus plantarum pcs. 8P-A3 and Lactobacillus fermentum pcs. 90T-C4 are representatives of the normal human microflora, belong to the group of gram-positive lactic acid microorganisms, ferment carbohydrates with the formation of lactic acid, produce antimicrobial substances - bacteriocins, which are resistant to lysozyme, gastric and duodenal juices, bile salts of the stomach, have high antibiotic and proteolytic activity, as well as the necessary acid-forming activity, which allows them to compete with pathogenic bacteria for nutrients.
Lactobacillus plantarum sh. 8P-A3 bacteria exhibit high antagonistic activity against Shigella flexnery, Shigella sonnei, Esherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Proteus miravibilis, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus faecalis.
Bacteria Lactobacillus fermentum spp. 90T-C4 - have natural resistance to some antibiotics and chemotherapeutic drugs, reduce their negative impact on the human body, lower cholesterol levels, improve metabolism and overall health.
Due to these properties, Lactobacillus plantarum pc. 8P-A3 and Lactobacillus fermentum pc. 90T-C4 are used as probiotics to restore homeostasis of flora in the human intestine and suppress pathogenic bacteria.
Inulin (prebiotic) is a polysaccharide consisting of fructose bonds with terminal glucose. It is not digested by the human body, but is a ballast substance necessary for the functioning of the digestive system, which, in addition to stimulating the growth and activity of bifido-lactoflora, increases calcium absorption in the colon, affects lipid metabolism, reduces the risk of atherosclerotic changes in the cardiovascular system and prevents the development of diabetes.

creating an optimal diet for the gastrointestinal tract; normalizing the intestinal microflora in dysbiotic conditions of various etiologies; stimulating the functional activity of the digestive system; preventing the development of protracted forms of intestinal diseases; increasing the body's nonspecific resistance.

Recommendations for use and dosage
Adults and children over 12 years old should take 2 capsules, children over 3 years old should take 1 capsule three times a day 30 minutes before meals.
Not allowed to be taken with hot food or liquids.
Can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Can be used after the end of a course of antibiotic therapy, as well as during it, but not earlier than 2 hours after taking the antibiotic.
Application period
Up to 20-30 days; further duration of use and the possibility of a repeated course must be agreed with the doctor.
The effect usually appears by the end of the first week.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
