Description

"Milk protein hydrolysate" (www.lactium.com) is a natural food ingredient of natural origin that contains the decapeptide alpha-casozepine, which has relaxing properties, reduces stress and anxiety, and helps normalize sleep.
It has been found that during the transport of alpha-casozepine into the central nervous system, the C-terminal residue of tryptophan, a precursor of serotonin, is released, which is important in the regulation of mood and satiety.
It has been established that the characteristics of "Milk Protein Hydrolysate" are close to the properties of drugs that have a sedative, hypnotic, and relaxing effect, but without addiction or drowsiness during active use.
