Properties
Trans-resveratrol 98% (from the root of Japanese mountain primrose (Polygonum cuspidatum)) is a powerful polyphenol that promotes healthy longevity through the activation of sirtuins, which play an important role in metabolic reactions and are the molecular basis for the prevention of aging, and has strong antioxidant activity. Resveratrol is able to induce calorie restriction and prevent fat deposition in the body. It helps improve memory, reduces the risk of age-related neurodegenerative processes, type 2 diabetes (especially in overweight people), inhibits oxidative processes and neutralizes free radicals, the reactions of which can lead to tumors and other diseases in the body. Due to its powerful antioxidant properties, resveratrol normalizes the level of lipids (cholesterol) in the blood, has a positive effect on collagen synthesis, maintains skin elasticity, prevents premature skin aging and the appearance of wrinkles, and improves the condition of hair and nails. Resveratrol prevents the development and progression of osteoporosis in women in menopause and postmenopausal period, has estrogen-like properties, is able to bind to estrogen receptors, thereby reducing the stimulating effect of estradiol and hormone-dependent tumors. Improves metabolism in metabolic syndrome, increases cell sensitivity to insulin in type 2 diabetes. Has detoxification properties, binds and neutralizes free radicals in all conditions where there is oxidative stress.
Trans-Pterostilbene (pTeroPure®) is a methylated stilbene molecule that is structurally similar to the trans-resveratrol molecule and has similar biological activity. Trans-Pterostilbene restores the balance of antioxidant enzymes, reduces inflammation regulated by tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) by blocking TNF-alpha and interleukin-1b (IL-1b), and reduces reactive oxygen species. Trans-Pterostilbene is a calorie restriction mimic that prevents fat deposition in the body. Unlike trans-resveratrol, trans-Pterostilbene has the ability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier more quickly, providing a "reverse effect" of increasing dopamine levels. Instead of directly increasing dopamine levels, it prevents its decline in the memory centers of the brain. This creates favorable conditions for increasing attention and improving cognitive functions. When used simultaneously with trans-resveratrol, it enhances its effects and increases its bioavailability.
Quercetin dihydrate is an aglycone of many plant flavonoid glycosides, including rutin, and belongs to vitamin P. It has capillary-stabilizing properties associated with antioxidant, membrane-stabilizing effects, and reduces capillary permeability. Quercetin has an anti-inflammatory effect by blocking the lipoxygenase pathway of arachidonic acid metabolism, reduces the synthesis of leukotrienes, serotonin, and other inflammatory mediators. It helps increase the energy supply of cardiomyocytes due to its antioxidant effect and improves blood circulation. The reparative properties of quercetin are to accelerate wound healing. Quercetin also binds to estrogen receptors. Due to its estrogen-like properties (effect on proline hydroxylase, inhibition of tumor necrosis factor and interleukin synthesis), it has a pro-osteoclast effect.
Recommendations for use
Lavorin is recommended as an additional source of trans-resveratrol, trans-pterostilbene and quercetin, which have strong antioxidant properties, in order to normalize metabolic processes, prevent aging and restore internal strength. Lavorin helps to increase vitality and slows down the processes of physiological aging. Recommendations for use
Adults should take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day, washed down with plenty of drinking water.
