Composition

1 tablet of 530 mg (mg) (daily dose) contains: saffron extract – 30 mg (mg), L-tryptophan – 75 mg (mg), vitamin B6 – 1 mg (mg) 72% of the Recommended Intake.

Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

"Le'Shafran" is a dietary supplement for adults, which can be used as an additional source of biologically active substances that contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and mental activity, and reduce fatigue and tiredness.

Saffron - the stigmas of the medicinal plant Crocus sativus contain biologically active substances (in particular, crocin, picrocrocin, and safranal) with pronounced properties: improving sleep quality, reducing anxiety and nervous excitement, affecting neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine.

Pyridoxine or vitamin B6 has several important functions in the human body: it strengthens the nervous and immune systems; regulates the level of the amino acid homocysteine, which is associated with the risk of cardiovascular diseases; improves mood, psycho-emotional state, mental performance and attention.

L-tryptophan is involved in the regulation of the nervous system. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that is not synthesized by the body, so it must be obtained from food or dietary supplements.

Method of administration and doses

Adults should take 1 tablet once a day before lunch. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

Duration of use: 2–4 weeks. Further use and the possibility of a repeated course must be agreed with the doctor.
