Consumption recommendations

A dietary supplement to the diet, which can be recommended for general strengthening of the body, helps to ease breathing during seasonal colds, and has mild expectorant and phlegm-thinning properties.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

Method of administration and recommended daily dose

Pour 1 tablespoon of flowers with 200 ml (ml) of hot boiled water, cover and insist in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain. Adults should take 1 glass of infusion three times a day. It is recommended to infuse in a thermos. Children aged 3-12 years are recommended to take 1 to 3 tablespoons of infusion 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
