Lisinopril-N is a fixed-dose combination of lisinopril, an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, and hydrochlorothiazide, a thiazide diuretic. Indications for use - mild to moderate arterial hypertension, which is stable on therapy with lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide in the same dosages.

active ingredients: 1 tablet contains lisinopril dihydrate in terms of 100% substance 10 mg and hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg; excipients: mannitol (E 421), magnesium stearate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, corn starch, pregelatinized corn starch.Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to lisinopril and other ACE inhibitors, to hydrochlorothiazide and sulfonamide derivatives or to other components of the drug; history of angioedema associated with the use of ACE inhibitors; hereditary or idiopathic angioedema.Method of application
The fixed-dose combination is not suitable for initiating therapy. The fixed-dose combination may replace the combination of 10 mg or 20 mg lisinopril and 12.5 mg hydrochlorothiazide in patients who have been stabilised on the individual active substances at the same doses as the individual preparations. The usual dose is 1 tablet once daily. As with any other once-daily medicinal product, Lisinopril-N should be taken at approximately the same time each day.
If the desired therapeutic effect is not achieved within 2-4 weeks of treatment, the dose can be increased to 2 tablets once a day.
Application features
Pregnant women
The drug is contraindicated for use by pregnant women or women planning to become pregnant.
Children
The drug is not used in children, as the safety and effectiveness of the drug in children (age under 18) have not been established.
Drivers
Due to the development of adverse reactions, especially at the beginning of therapy, the drug may slightly or moderately affect the reaction rate, therefore, you should refrain from driving or operating other mechanisms.
Overdose
Lisinopril.
Symptoms: hypotension, electrolyte imbalance, renal failure, circulatory shock, hyperventilation, tachycardia, palpitations, bradycardia, dizziness, restlessness and cough.
Hydrochlorothiazide.
The most common symptoms are those caused by electrolyte elimination (hypokalemia, hypochloremia, hyponatremia) and dehydration due to excessive use of diuretics: convulsions; paresis; renal failure; depression of consciousness, including coma.
Side effects
From the blood system: lymphadenopathy, anemia, agranulocytosis, bone marrow suppression, hemolytic anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, autoimmune diseases.
Cardiovascular system: palpitations, tachycardia, hypotension (including orthostatic hypotension), cerebrovascular accident, Raynaud's phenomenon, myocardial infarction or stroke, possibly due to severe hypotension in high-risk patients.
Mental: mood changes, sleep disturbances, confusion, disorientation.

Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
