Contains sodium fluoride (220 ppm F).

Recommendations for use

Use 2 times a day (morning and evening, after brushing your teeth).

Pour 20 ml (4 teaspoons) into a glass and swish in your mouth for 30 seconds, then spit out. (For children aged 6-12 use 10 ml).

Precautions

Do not use in children under 6 years of age and after the expiration date.

Do not dilute, swallow, or drink from the bottle.

Keep out of reach of children.

Do not use the rinse aid if the protective film on the bottle cap is damaged or completely missing.
