Recommendations for use
Use as a dietary supplement to the diet, as an additional source of biologically active substances of natural origin: phytates, polyphenols; minerals: magnesium and zinc; vitamin A to promote normal functioning of the urinary system, including to prevent the formation of calcium urinary stones.
Should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.
The biologically active components of the dietary supplement Lit-Control Litura pH Balance inhibit the crystallization of calcium phosphate and calcium oxalate salts and help prevent the formation of calcium stones in the kidneys, without changing the pH of urine.
Lit-Control Litura pH Balance helps maintain the normal physiological state of the urinary tract and promotes acid-base balance in the body.

Calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate are the main components of calcium stones. Importantly, stones arise precisely as a result of the crystallization (i.e., the formation of crystals) of calcium oxalate and phosphate.
Phytates are natural components derived from whole grains that bind calcium and thus inhibit the formation of calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate crystals in the urine.
Polyphenolic compounds from grape seeds are known for their antioxidant properties and have been shown to inhibit the formation of kidney stones. Polyphenols help reduce tissue damage caused by oxidative stress, thereby preventing calcification (deposition of calcium salts) in tissues and, consequently, the development of kidney stones.
Magnesium plays an important role in the various phases of ionic activity of calcium oxalate and inhibits crystal growth. Magnesium is believed to reduce the risk of crystal formation by competing with calcium for binding to oxalates. As is known, calcium and oxalate compounds are the main components of kidney stones. When taking Lit-Control Litura pH Balance, magnesium and oxalate compounds are formed instead, which are soluble salts, excreted in the urine and do not crystallize with the formation of kidney stones.
Zinc and vitamin A enhance the action of phytate: zinc increases the affinity of phytate for calcium, and vitamin A prevents its breakdown.
Zinc contributes to normal acid-base metabolism in the body.
Method of administration and doses
Adults and children over 12 years old should take 1 capsule in the morning and evening; children over 6 years old should take 1 capsule in the morning or evening with a glass of water before meals. For convenient use, the contents of the capsule can be dissolved in water, juice or yogurt. To achieve maximum effectiveness, it is recommended to follow a balanced diet and limit the consumption of fruits rich in vitamin C (oranges, lemons, pineapples, kiwi, etc.).
