Lorangin oral solution 120 ml No. 1




Lorangin oral solution is indicated for the local treatment of oral infections. In postoperative care in dentistry.
Composition
Active ingredients: hexetidine, choline salicylate, chlorobutanol hemihydrate;
1 ml of solution contains hexetidine (calculated as 100% substance) 1.0 mg, choline salicylate (calculated as 100% substance) 5.0 mg, chlorobutanol hemihydrate (calculated as 100% anhydrous substance) 2.5 mg;
Excipients: propionic acid, sodium saccharin, polysorbate 20, lemon oil, anise oil, peppermint oil, eucalyptol (cineole), ethanol 96%, menthol (levomenthol), methyl salicylate, purified water.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; atrophic pharyngitis; bronchial asthma or any other respiratory diseases associated with existing hypersensitivity of the respiratory tract.Method of application
Use as a topical mouthwash.
For one mouthwash for adults and children over 6 years of age, place the preparation in a measuring cup to the 10 ml mark and bring to the 50 ml mark with warm water or dissolve 2 teaspoons of the preparation in ¼ cup of warm water.
From 2 to 4 rinses per day.
Do not swallow.
The course of treatment is 5 days.
Application features
Pregnant women
There are no human studies on the possibility of hexetidine crossing the placenta and being excreted in breast milk, so the drug should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Children
Do not use in children under 6 years of age.
Drivers
The drug contains ethanol. Drivers are not recommended to drive a car for 30 minutes after using Lorangin.
Overdose
There have been no reports of overdose.
Side effects
General disorders and administration site conditions: local reactions - reversible discoloration of teeth and tongue; sensitivity of the mucous membrane: burning, numbness; irritation (soreness, feeling of heat, itching) of the tongue and/or oral mucosa; decreased sensitivity; paresthesia of the mucous membrane; inflammation; blisters; ulceration of the mucous membrane, sore throat, swelling at the site of contact, dryness of the nasal/throat mucosa.
Interaction
Do not use together with preparations containing antiseptics.
Hexetidine can be inactivated by alkaline solutions.
Storage conditions
Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
Keep out of reach of children.
