Composition of one capsule: Hop extract (extract of female hop inflorescences, including patented Lifenol® extract from Naturex, France) 120 mg (mg), wild yam extract - 70 mg (mg), soy isoflavones - 40 mg (mg), 5-hydroxytryptophan - 50 mg (mg); vitamins: B6 2 mg (mg), E 20 mg (mg), D3 (cholecalciferol) - 20 μg (μg) (800 IU); minerals: magnesium citrate 100 mg (mg), calcium ascorbate, excipients: gelatin capsule

Recommendations for use:
It is recommended to use:
women 1 capsule per day, before meals, with water. The course of administration is 60 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. On the recommendation of a doctor, the duration of administration and dosage may be increased. Before use, a doctor's consultation is required.

Pharmacological properties of the components of LIFEFENOL
Lifenol® is a patented extract of Hop cones, standardized for the content of the main active prenylflavonoids: 8-prenylnaringenin (8-PN) - which is able to significantly alleviate the symptoms associated with the menopause in women, especially hot flashes, sweating. Clinical studies of Lifenol® extract have shown that women who used the extract of female hop inflorescences Lifenol® for 6-8 weeks suffered 4 times less from hot flashes and 2 times less from sweating, compared to the control group. No negative side effects were found when taking Lifenol®.
Wild Yam - steroidal saponins of Wild Yam are the raw material for the synthesis of DHEA (a prohormone from which sex hormones are synthesized). Starting from the age of 35, the level of DHEA prohormones in the human body decreases. Studies have shown a relationship between a drop in prohormone levels and such phenomena as apathy, drowsiness, obesity and osteoporosis. Wild Yam reduces headaches, tinnitus, fatigue, irritability, improves mood, sleep, memory. It has an antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory effect, reduces blood cholesterol levels and lipid deposits in arterial vessels and the liver. By regulating the balance of hormones in the female body, it helps to gain energy and excellent well-being.
Soy isoflavones - have an estrogen-like effect, with a lack of estrogens, soy isoflavones work instead of estrogens, and with an excess of estrogens, they are able to compete with estrogen for the corresponding receptors in target organs, thereby reducing the risk of hormone-dependent tumors. Soy isoflavones also have an antioxidant effect, have angio- and cardioprotective properties. They inhibit the functional activity of osteoclasts, which prevents the development of osteoporosis, stimulate the processes of bone tissue restoration, and contribute to its strengthening.
5-hydroxytryptophan - helps eliminate depressive states and improve mood. Being a precursor of serotonin, together with vitamin B6, it increases the synthesis of endorphins, which are responsible for reducing pain perception and improving mood.
Vitamin B6 increases stress resistance, helps prevent cardiovascular diseases and osteoporosis. It also relieves premenstrual symptoms by reducing swelling caused by water retention in the body. It promotes the synthesis of endorphins - natural mood and emotion stimulants, thereby having a beneficial effect on the symptoms of menopause and PMS.
Vitamins E and D are necessary for the proper functioning of the ovaries, normalize the functioning of the female reproductive system, and support sexual activity.
