Composition
1 capsule contains: magnesium - 175 mg (mg), vitamin B6 - 25 mg (mg).
Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium citrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, anti-caking agents: calcium stearate, silicon dioxide; capsule shell: gelatin.
Properties
Magnesium, a mineral. The physiological role of magnesium is due to the fact that it acts as a cofactor of the most important enzymes and enzyme systems of carbohydrate-phosphorus energy metabolism, as well as enzymatic processes. Magnesium strengthens the nervous system, helps reduce fatigue and tiredness, helps in the proper functioning of muscles and helps maintain the structure and function of teeth and bones.
According to the Order of May 15, 2020 No. 1145 "On Approval of Requirements for Nutritional Claims and Health Benefits of Food Products", Magnesium contributes to:
- reducing fatigue and tiredness;
- maintaining electrolyte balance;
- normal energy metabolism;
- normal functioning of the nervous system and mental activity;
- normal muscle function and protein synthesis;
- maintaining the normal condition of bones and teeth.
Plays an important role in the process of cell division.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). Legumes and cereals, meat products, fish, potatoes are rich in vitamin B. It is synthesized by intestinal microflora, partially covering the body's need for this vitamin. B6 is involved in the regulation of protein, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, thyroid hormones and other biologically active compounds. Vitamin B6 stimulates physical performance, supports the function of the nervous and immune systems, helps reduce low-density cholesterol in the blood. It participates in protein metabolism, in the synthesis of amino acids and neurotransmitters (substances through which nerve impulses are transmitted).
Hypovitaminosis. The main manifestations of vitamin B6 deficiency are hypochromic anemia and convulsions. The development of dry seborrheic dermatitis, stomatitis and glossitis is noted. Increased excitability and a tendency to convulsions is explained by insufficient formation of GABA, a mediator of neuronal inhibition.
