Composition

main substances: magnesium glycinate – 750 mg (75 mg of elemental magnesium), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (metabolically active form of vitamin B6) – 5 mg;

excipients: lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Indication

Taking MAGNEL will be appropriate for conditions associated with magnesium and/or vitamin B6 deficiency. Namely:

in case of chronic physical and mental fatigue, irritability, stressful conditions; in case of depression, sleep disorders, myalgia (muscle pain); in case of atherosclerosis and risk of myocardial infarction; in case of excessive smoking and alcohol abuse; in case of prolonged use of laxatives, oral contraceptives, certain classes of diuretics or after an osmotic diuresis procedure; in case of chronic hyperglycemia in diabetes mellitus; in case of a previous bone fracture or osteoporosis; in case of cardiovascular diseases, such as arterial hypertension, congestive heart failure, cardiac arrhythmias; in case of muscle cramps, tingling sensation in the muscles.

Contraindication

individual intolerance to components, severe or moderate renal failure, phenylketonuria, hypermagnesemia, vitamin B6 hypervitaminosis, myasthenia gravis, atrioventricular block, severe arterial hypotension, simultaneous use with levodopa.

Application features

When taking oral tetracyclines, the use of the dietary supplement MAGNEL should be delayed for at least 3 hours. The use of magnesium in the dietary supplement weakens the effect of oral anticoagulants.

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding

The use of the MAGNEL dietary supplement during pregnancy and breastfeeding is possible only after consulting a doctor.

Method of administration and doses

Capsules should be taken during meals, swallowed whole, with drinking water:

Adults – 1 capsule 3 times a day; children from 6 years old (with a body weight of over 20 kg) – 1 capsule 1-2 times a day.
