Composition
1 capsule contains: active ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate – 500 mg (mg) (calculated as elemental magnesium – 100 mg (mg)), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) – 25 mg (mg); excipients: magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), capsule shell: gelatin.
Recommendations for use
Magnequin Forte is recommended for use in case of magnesium and vitamin B6 deficiency (isolated or combined with other conditions). Helps normalize the functioning of the nervous and cardiovascular systems in case of prolonged psycho-emotional stress, increased irritability, increased blood pressure. Improves memory and memorization. Has mild sedative properties.
Properties
Magnesium is an important element for metabolism in the body, necessary for ensuring energy processes, participates in the metabolism of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, nucleic acids and in the process of neuromuscular excitation. Magnesium activates glycolytic enzymes, cellular oxidation enzymes, plays an important role in the processes of myocardial contraction, is a stabilizer of fibrinogen and platelets. In stressful situations, an increased amount of free ionized magnesium is excreted, therefore, an additional amount of magnesium helps to increase resistance to stress. Magnesium plays a leading role in the processes of neuromuscular excitation, acting as an antagonist of calcium ions. The chelated form of magnesium has better bioavailability, it is stable and does not collapse in the stomach. Magnesium ions are connected to amino acids and do not require additional transformation after entering the body. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) is a coenzyme form of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), has a rapid effect and provides higher bioavailability, and can be used in cases where the process of pyridoxine phosphorylation is impaired.
Vitamin B6 is involved in the metabolism of amino acids - tryptophan, cysteine, methionine, glutamine, etc., as well as the synthesis of nucleic acids. It is necessary for the formation of neurotransmitters in the synapses of the central and peripheral nervous system, serotonin, dopamine, catecholamines, GABA, which control the proper functioning of brain and nerve cells. It contributes to the conversion of folic acid into its active form. It enhances the production of hemoglobin, erythrocytes and leukocytes. It participates in the formation of the myelin sheath of neurons, promotes the regeneration of nervous tissue, supports the functioning of the brain and organs of vision. It improves the use of unsaturated fatty acids, reduces the level of cholesterol and lipids in the blood, improves myocardial contractility. It promotes the bile secretion function of the liver and normalizes its metabolic and detoxification functions. Regulates water-salt balance, helps maintain the ratio of sodium and potassium in the body, has a mild diuretic effect, maintains sugar levels in the body, helps normalize the level of female sex hormones. Combined use of vitamin B6 and magnesium compensates for the deficiency of these substances and increases their absorption in the intestines and passage into cells due to the formation of a chelate complex of vitamin B6–magnesium–amino acids. Before starting use, a doctor's consultation is necessary.
Method of application
Adults should take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day, washed down with plenty of water.
