Magnesium is found in all tissues of the body and is necessary for the normal functioning of cells, participating in metabolism. Magnesium plays an important physiological role in the transmission of nerve impulses and muscle contraction. Magnesium deficiency can occur with nutritional disorders or increased physical and mental stress, in which the body needs an increased amount of magnesium.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) takes an active part in the functioning of the nervous system, the metabolism of amino acids and their transfer through the cell membrane. Vitamin B6 improves the absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract and its penetration into cells. It has a positive effect on the physical and psycho-emotional state of the body, the cardiovascular system and the brain.

Indications for use

An additional source of magnesium and vitamin B6, it helps normalize the activity of the central nervous system, improve metabolism during physical and mental exertion, and has mild sedative properties.

Contraindication

Individual intolerance to components, pregnancy and breastfeeding, children under 12 years of age.

Dosage and administration.

Adults take 2 tablets 3 times a day with meals. The course of administration is up to 1 month, then the duration of use and the possibility of a repeated course should be agreed with the doctor.
