Composition

1 tablet contains: main substances: magnesium (as magnesium carbonate) – 100.0 mg (mg), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) – 0.35 mg (mg); excipients: cellulose, calcium phosphate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone.

Recommendations for use

Dietary supplement to the diet - an additional source of magnesium and vitamin B6. Helps normalize the functional state of the nervous and muscular systems, reduce fatigue, improve sleep quality, restore calm and balance. Has mild sedative properties.

A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.

Method of administration and doses

Adults and children over 14 years of age take one tablet 3 times a day with meals, with a small amount of water. The number of tablets per day and the duration of use may be changed as prescribed by a doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Contraindication

Individual sensitivity to individual components of the product, children under 14 years of age.
