1 capsule contains the following ingredients: magnesium monohydrate - 300 mg (mg), γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) - 75 mg (mg), zinc bisglycinate - 12 mg (mg), vitamin B6 - 1.8 mg (mg), vitamin B12 - 3.0 μg (μg); excipients: croscarmellose sodium, maltodextrin, potato starch, calcium stearate, calcium carbonate, amorphous silicon dioxide; capsule shell: gelatin.

Does not contain GMOs.

Indications for use

Magnozinc can be recommended as a dietary supplement and a source of magnesium, γ-aminobutyric acid, vitamins B6, B12, and zinc during emotional and physical stress.

It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

Dosage and method of administration

Adults take 1 capsule once a day, regardless of meals.

Period of use: 2-3 months. Further period of use should be agreed with the doctor.

It is not a medicine.
