Composition

Magnesium citrate – 2470 mg (mg) (active magnesium – 400 mg (mg)), potassium phosphate – 1024 mg (mg) (active potassium – 186 mg (mg)), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) – 6.0 mg (mg).

Main physicochemical properties: white to light yellow crystalline powder without foreign impurities and foreign taste.

Composition features

Magnesium

Regulates the passage of potassium ions from the intercellular space to the middle of the cell, affects the correct reaction of muscles. Reduces the excitability of neurons and neuromuscular transmission, contributing to the normalization of muscle activity, preventing the occurrence and reducing the frequency of spasms and seizures. Participates in the regulation of myocardial contractile function, therefore it is important for the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system. Protects against psycho-emotional exhaustion and apathy.

Potassium

It plays a leading role in the transmission of nerve impulses along nerve fibers, ensures the correct course of reactions associated with muscle contraction. Helps maintain normal blood pressure and regular heartbeat.

Vitamin B6

Improves the absorption of magnesium in the intestines and its transport into cells, potentiates the effect of magnesium. Promotes the regeneration of nervous tissue, supports brain function and improves myocardial contractility. Helps more effective absorption of potassium.

Helps normalize the functioning of the nervous and cardiovascular systems during stress and sports;

supports proper muscle function (contraction and relaxation), prevents muscle cramps, helps eliminate tingling sensations in the muscles;

increases physical and mental performance;

It is recommended to use

Adults: 1 sachet per day after meals for 30 days, if necessary, the course can be repeated. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 100-150 ml of drinking water at room temperature, stir thoroughly and drink.
