Composition
Active ingredients: 100 g of drops contain:
Agnus Castus Ø (common barberry) 20 g; Caulophullum thalictroides D4 (basilic-like stem leaf) 10 g; Cyclamen europaeum D4 (alpine violet) 10 g; Strychnos Ignatia D6 (bitter breastwort) 10 g; Iris versicolor D2 (variegated cockscomb) 20 g; Lilium tigrinum D3 (tiger lily) 10 g;
excipient: ethanol 53% (v/v).

Oral drops.
Main physical and chemical properties: transparent or slightly cloudy light yellow liquid with a fragrant odor. During storage, precipitation is possible.

Indication
In the complex treatment of premenstrual syndrome: mental lability, headache or migraine, edema, constipation, mastodynia (tenderness and tenderness of the mammary glands), as well as complaints during menstruation, menstrual cycle disorders and fibrocystic mastopathy.
Contraindication
Individual hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
Interactions with dopamine agonists, dopamine antagonists, estrogens, and anti-estrogens cannot be ruled out due to the possible dopaminergic and estrogenic effects of common primrose.
General remarks.
In general, the effectiveness of homeopathic medicines can be negatively affected by harmful lifestyle factors, consumption of stimulants and irritants.

Application features
Patients who are undergoing or have undergone treatment for estrogen-dependent tumors are not recommended to use preparations containing Agnus Castus without consulting a doctor.
Patients using dopamine agonists, dopamine antagonists, estrogens and anti-estrogens should consult a doctor before using Mastodinon® oral drops.
If symptoms worsen while using the medicine, you should consult a doctor.
Patients with a history of pituitary disorders should consult a doctor before using medications containing common yam.
In the case of prolactin-secreting pituitary tumors, the use of common yam fruit may mask the symptoms of the tumor.
This medicinal product contains 53% (v/v) ethanol. Ethanol may be harmful to patients with alcoholism. This should also be taken into account when administering the product to high-risk groups such as patients with liver disease or epilepsy.
Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms
No special precautions are required, but it should be borne in mind that the drug contains ethanol. In case of dizziness, you should refrain from driving or using other mechanisms.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
The drug should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Common primrose fruit extract may affect lactation, as well as female fertility by regulating the menstrual cycle.
Method of administration and doses
Unless otherwise prescribed, take 30 drops 2 times a day (morning and evening), diluting with a small amount of water. The drops can be taken simultaneously with other liquids. Shake before use. The bottle should be held vertically when instilling the drug.
