Description

Hops help support the nervous system, calm you down, and help you sleep better.

Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and support the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Composition

Magnesium oxide; filler: microcrystalline cellulose; hop extract 4:1 (Humulus lupulus); coating: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol, talc, calcium carbonate, medium chain triglycerides, E 172, E 132; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; pyridoxine hydrochloride/vitamin B6.

1 tablet (1220 mg/mg) contains:

Magnesium 375 mg/mg (100%*);

Hop extract 50 mg/mg;

Vitamin B6 1.4 mg/mg (100%*).

Recommendations for use

1 tablet per day.
