Properties
MAXITOPIC contains a strain-specific heat-attenuated postbiotic that helps maintain skin health in allergic skin diseases (such as atopic dermatitis).
It is known that the mechanism of development of atopic dermatitis is associated with Th1/Th2 imbalance with the subsequent release of substances that provoke allergies and lead to the development of allergic symptoms (inflammation, redness, itching, peeling).
Lactobacillus paracasei GMNL-133 and Lactobacillus fermentum GM-090 contain components (peptidoglycans and lipoteichoic acid) on the cell wall that help reduce the production of Th2 cytokines, maintaining the balance of the Th1/Th2 immune response by increasing the level of IFN-γ; they also help reduce the level of IgE. Lactobacillus paracasei GMNL-133 and Lactobacillus fermentum GM-090 help normalize immunity and stimulate the production of IL-12.
The active ingredients of MAXITOPIC contribute to:
- reducing symptoms of atopic dermatitis
- improving the quality of life of patients with atopic dermatitis
- reducing the likelihood of occurrence and exacerbation of atopic dermatitis.

The dietary supplement MAXITOPIC, soluble powder, may be recommended by a doctor in dietary diets as an additional source of lactic acid bacteria - Lactobacillus paracasei GMNL-133 and Lactobacillus fermentum GM-090 for the purpose of improving the skin in allergic conditions and their skin manifestations (such as atopic dermatitis). The active substances contribute to the reduction of symptoms, severity of the course and the reduction of the likelihood of the occurrence and exacerbation of atopic dermatitis and other manifestations.

Method of administration and doses
