The Snow White medium stretch medical elastic bandage (10 cm x 2 m) allows the skin to breathe and absorbs skin secretions, providing a feeling of comfort even when worn for a long time. In addition, it is pleasant to the touch and fits well to the body. The bandage is equipped with two metal holders that hold the bandage in place during use and keep it compact.

Characteristics

Elastic bandages are elastic products made of 100% cotton with the addition of elastic fibers. The main function of elastic bandages is to provide the necessary compression, i.e. the required degree of compression. Bandages marked 0 and II provide very light or medium pressure. Bandages marked class III and IV provide high or very high levels of compression. Bandages marked high compression can only be used on the recommendation of a doctor.

Bandages come in two types: tape (in the shape of a tape) and tubular (in the shape of a tube).

low-stretch elastic bandages - for the treatment of severe forms of chronic venous or lymphovenous insufficiency, varicose and post-thrombotic disease in the stage of trophic skin disorders, congestive lymphatic edema and when providing first aid; medium-stretch elastic bandages - for the treatment of moderate varicose veins, ulcers, prevention of moderate edema, prevention of sprains and injuries during sports; bandages with high elasticity - for the treatment of superficial or early varicose veins, prevention of hematomas and bleeding after phlebectomy (vein removal), after physical exertion, when stretching ligaments, dislocations, etc.
