Features

The multilayer structure of the material and the use of individual impregnation for each layer have made it possible to obtain a material with unique properties. The inner, hydrophilic layer quickly absorbs and disperses liquids (e.g. sweat), the middle layer absorbs and distributes them over the entire surface of the material, and the outer, hydrophobic layer prevents the penetration of liquids from the outside. This leads to very good tactile properties of the material, creating a feeling of "dryness". In addition, the Meltblown layer has better barrier properties than conventional spunbond paper (against bacteria), without disturbing the natural air exchange of the human body.

CMC is a three-layer material made of 100% propylene fibers. A distinctive feature is the presence of meltblown spunbond material between the two layers. Meltblown is a material consisting of polypropylene fibers with a thickness of 0.01 - 0.2 dtex. CMC has very high absorption properties, which allows composites based on it to not pass biologically active liquids, fats and chemicals.
