Composition

Cotton ribbon, elastane, hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive.

Method of application

Open the package, take out the Kinesio tape. Cut the tape to the desired length, round the edges with scissors. On clean, degreased, hairless skin, stick the kinesiology tape in the direction of muscle movement. Gently smooth the tape with rubbing movements so that the heat makes the glue firmly adhere. The kinesiology tape can remain on the skin for several days. Change the tape as needed.

Application features

Kinesiology tape is applied only along the movement of the muscles. Do not use as a dressing. Remove the applied tape if you experience discomfort, redness, itching.

Contraindication

Skin damage, trophic ulcers, skin diseases, individual intolerance.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature of +5 °C to +30 °C.

Expiration date

Shelf life 5 years. Do not use after the expiration date.
