Kinesio tape medical 5cm*5m beige manufactured by NORDEPLAST (Latvia) is an elastic cotton tape with an adhesive coating, with hypoallergenic properties. The glue is activated by heat upon contact with the human body. The tape is used in medical practice, in everyday life, in sports to prevent injuries, optimize the rehabilitation process, improve the condition of muscle tissue and reduce fatigue. The adhesive layer does not contain drugs. The tape stretches in one direction, the elasticity is 140% of the original length and holds well on the body for 3-6 days, without losing its properties. The fabric does not prevent the passage of moisture and air, the skin under the tape does not steam or become inflamed.

Application rules

1. The tape is applied 30 minutes before sports training, anticipated active movement or increased loads;

3. Before application, the hairline must be shaved, as it will interfere with the procedure, and the patient will feel pain when removing it;
4. To avoid sticking, hold the ends of the tape and its sides, preventing them from touching;
5. Before application, the skin is cleansed of dirt and cosmetics (cream, oils, tonics and lotions);
6. After gluing, the tape must be smoothed out;
7. The tape should be removed smoothly, without jerking.
