Indications for use

Osteochondrosis, scoliosis, arthrosis. Recovery after muscle and joint overstrain. Prevention of sports injuries, cosmetic procedures.

Method of application

Open the package, take out the kinesiology tape. Cut the tape to the desired length, round the edges with scissors. Apply the kinesiology tape to clean, hair-free skin in the direction of muscle movement. Gently smooth the tape with rubbing movements so that the adhesive is firmly fixed under the influence of heat. The kinesiology tape can remain on the skin for several days. Change the tape if necessary.

Special applications

Kinesiology tape should only be applied during muscle movement. Do not use as a bandage. Remove the applied tape if you experience discomfort, redness, or itching.

Contraindication

Skin injuries, trophic ulcers, skin diseases, individual intolerance.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of +5°C to +30°C.

Shelf life – 5 years. Do not use after the expiration date.
