Elastic bandages 2B provide pressure on the body surface. They are more often used for the prevention and treatment of chronic venous inflammatory processes and pathologies, including in the pre- and postoperative periods to prevent the occurrence of thrombophlebitis and deep vein thrombosis. Elastic bandages also provide the necessary degree of fixation in the treatment of traumatic injuries and diseases of the joints and ligaments (arthritis, arthrosis, weakness of the ligamentous apparatus). The bandage relieves the load from the damaged joint, fixes, warms, relieves swelling, stopping the development of inflammatory processes, protects against injuries during sports, heavy physical work, with prolonged static loads.

· They provide uniform compression due to the large number of latex threads and the density of their braiding, so the bandage lasts longer and easily withstands repeated washing.

· The ribbed surface created by this weaving prevents the bandages from slipping and has a micromassage effect.

· A wide range fully covers the needs of people of different physiques and heights.

· For fixation, the bandage is equipped with two plastic fixing clips of a unique design that do not break or damage the medical device.

· High cotton content ensures comfort when using the bandage.

· Width and length make it possible to cover the traumatic area as much as possible with one bandage.

· In the production of the bandage, a wrapped (closed) latex thread is used, which prevents allergic skin reactions.

Bandage sizes:

· Height 8 cm: 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 3m, 5m

· Height 10cm: 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m

Depending on a person's height, bandages are prescribed according to their width:

• 8cm wide bandages are best used by people under 165cm tall: short women, teenagers, and children.

• Medium width bandages (10cm) are well suited for people of average height - from 165 to 180cm.

• 12cm wide bandages are well suited for users taller than 180cm

Depending on the area of application, bandages are divided by their length:

• For small joints (hand, wrist) bandages up to 1.5 meters long are sufficient.

• Medium-sized joints (knee, elbow, ankle) require high-quality bandaging with bandages up to 2.5 meters long.

• To protect and treat large joints (shoulder, hip), bandages up to 3.5 meters long are required (this also depends on the user's build).

• Bandages up to 5 meters long are used in traumatology when it is necessary to completely fix the pelvis, chest, or lower limb.

• Treatment and prevention of varicose veins also require bandages of a certain length: bandages of at least 3 meters are required for bandaging the lower leg, and full bandaging of the limb requires bandages of at least 4.5 meters in length.
