Indications for use:

It is used as a mild sedative and tranquilizer for neuroses (increased emotional activity, excitability, irritability), insomnia, and vegetative-vascular dystonia.

Contraindication:

Hypersensitivity to the drug, drowsiness, lethargy, inhibition, pregnancy, lactation period, children under 12 years of age.

Method of application:

5 g (1 tablespoon) of leaves are placed in an enameled dish, poured with 200 ml (1 cup) of boiled water at room temperature, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 min. cooled at room temperature for 45 min, filtered, the residue is squeezed into a filtered infusion. The infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water. Adults take 1/2-1/3 cup warm 3 times a day 15 minutes before meals. Children, depending on age, take from 1 teaspoon to 1/4 cup 3 times a day 15 minutes before meals. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

2 filter bags are placed in a glass or enameled dish, poured with 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, closed and infused for 15 minutes. Adults take 1/2 cup warm 3-4 times a day 15-20 minutes before meals. Children, on the recommendation of a doctor, depending on age - from 2 tablespoons to 1/3 cup 3 times a day 15-20 minutes before meals.

Storage conditions and shelf life:

Store in original packaging at a temperature not exceeding + 25 degrees. Store out of reach of children. Store the prepared broth in a cool (8-15 degrees) place for no more than 2 days.
