Composition

Crushed lemon balm herb.

Consumption recommendations

Dietary supplement to the diet - an additional source of biologically active substances for the general improvement of the psycho-emotional state during nervous stress.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

Method of application

Use: adults drink 1 cup, like tea, three times a day, before meals. Duration of use: for 3 weeks, if necessary, the course is repeated after a 2-week break.

Preparation method: pour 1-2 filter bags of herbal tea with a glass of boiling water, let it brew for 10-15 minutes (min). Sugar or honey can be added to taste.

Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

Requires consultation with a doctor before use.

Individual sensitivity to individual components, pregnancy, nursing mothers, children.

Storage conditions
