1 capsule contains active ingredients: dry extract of St. John's wort herb (Hypericum perforatum L. herbae extr.) 100 mg, standardized (4:1) to contain 400 mg of plant matter; dry extract of wild yam root (Dioscorea villosa, Dioscorea trifida L radix) 7.5 mg; standardized (10%) to 75 mg of plant matter; dry extract of flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum) 25 mg, standardized (10:1) to 250 mg of plant matter; dry extract of black cohosh rhizome (Cimicifuga racemosa rhizoma) 2.5 mg, standardized (6-7:1) to 17.5 mg of plant matter;

excipients: anti-caking agents magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, excipient microcrystalline cellulose.
