Mersil is a combined biologically active supplement that additionally provides the body with sufficient amounts of magnesium and vitamin B6, improves the functioning of the nervous system, and prevents the development of nervousness, irritability, and anxiety.

Active ingredients

Magnesium is the most important element found in all tissues of the body, it is necessary for the normal functioning of cells and is involved in most metabolic reactions. In particular, it is involved in the regulation of the transmission of nerve impulses and muscle contractions. Magnesium deficiency can occur with malnutrition, with an increased need for magnesium or with a disruption in the balance in the intake, metabolism and excretion of magnesium (for example, increased physical and mental stress, stress, pregnancy, use of diuretics, contraceptives, laxatives). Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is involved in many metabolic processes, in the regulation of nervous system metabolism, amino acid metabolism, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, as well as in the process of hemoglobin synthesis. Vitamin B6 improves the absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract and its penetration into cells.

Indications for use
