Milupa buckwheat porridge is dairy-free, quick-dissolving, gluten-free and enriched with vitamin B1 to improve your baby's metabolism. Buckwheat porridge is included in the list of commercial cereals recommended for starting complementary foods. In addition, Milupa dairy-free buckwheat porridge can be prepared with breast milk to continue breastfeeding your baby, with water or with the milk formula your baby is used to.

Cooking method

Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing baby food. Boil drinking water/breast milk/ready-made formula and let it cool to 40°C. Pour 180 milliliters (ml) of boiled water/milk/ready-made formula into a clean bowl. Rinse the spoon with boiled water. Pour 20 g (gr) of dry porridge (5 tablespoons) using a dry tablespoon. Stir thoroughly for 1-2 minutes. Make sure the porridge is 36-37°C before giving it to your baby.

Terms of use

The unopened container should be stored at a temperature of 5°C to 25°C and a relative humidity of slightly more than 75%. After opening the package, store the product in a cool, dry place, but not in the refrigerator, tightly closed, for no more than 3 weeks.
