Cooking method

Wash your hands thoroughly, sterilize the bottle and teat. Boil clean drinking water for 10 minutes. Let the water cool to approximately 40°C. Measure the exact amount of water according to the dosage table and pour it into the sterilized bottle. Do not use boiled water. Use only the measuring spoon provided. Remove excess Milupa 4 mixture from the spoon with the back of a knife. Do not thicken! Add the exact number of measuring spoons of mixture to the water. Too many or too few measuring spoons of mixture can be harmful. Close the bottle and shake well in a circular motion (for 10 seconds) until the mixture dissolves. Remove the cap and put the teat on the bottle. Check the temperature of the finished Milupa 4 milk formula on the back of your wrist (37°C).
