Consumption recommendations

A dietary supplement that can be recommended for normalizing the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract. It has mild choleretic and sedative properties.

Method of administration and recommended daily dose

Pour 1 tablespoon of leaves with 200 ml (ml) of hot boiled water, cover and insist in a boiling water bath for 15 min (min), cool at room temperature for 45 min (min), strain. Adults should take ¼ cup of infusion three times a day 30 min (min) before meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
