Indications for use:

Early stages of hypertension, excessive nervous excitability, neuroses and neurosis-like conditions.

Contraindication:

Allergic reactions are possible, in some cases - heartburn.

Method of application:

15 g (4 tablespoons) of herbs are placed in an enameled dish, poured with 200 ml (1 cup) of boiled water at room temperature, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the residue into the strained infusion. The infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water. Adults take 1 tablespoon warm 3-4 times a day 15-20 minutes before meals. Children, depending on age, take from 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day 15-20 minutes before meals. It is recommended to shake the infusion before drinking.
