Multigrip Broncho effervescent tablets 600 mg No. 10

Multigrip Broncho is a mucolytic agent. Acetylcysteine for the treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the bronchopulmonary system, accompanied by increased sputum production.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients of the drug.

Gastric and duodenal ulcer in the acute stage, hemoptysis, pulmonary hemorrhage.

Method of application

Adults and children over 12 years of age - take 1 effervescent tablet (600 mg) once a day.

Patients with a reduced cough reflex (elderly and debilitated patients) should take the effervescent tablet in the morning.

Dissolve the tablet in 1/3 cup of water. Multigrip Broncho should be taken immediately after preparing the solution.

Application features

Bronchospasm may occur in patients with bronchial asthma, therefore such patients should be closely monitored during treatment. In the event of bronchospasm, treatment with acetylcysteine should be discontinued immediately.

Acetylcysteine should not be used simultaneously with antitussive drugs.

Pregnant women

Data on the use of acetylcysteine in pregnant women are limited. Animal studies have not revealed any toxic effects of the drug on pregnancy, embryofetal development, parturition and postnatal development.

Children

Used for children aged 12 and over.

Drivers

There is no data on the effect of acetylcysteine on the ability to drive or use other mechanisms.

Overdose

Overdose may cause gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.

Side effects

Immune system disorders: hypersensitivity, anaphylactic shock, anaphylactic/anaphylactoid reactions

Blood and lymphatic system disorders: anemia.

From the nervous system: headache.

From the side of the organs of hearing and vestibular apparatus: ringing in the ears.

Storage conditions

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C in the original packaging in order to protect from moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
