Properties

Mustard helps with coughs and laryngitis, is widely used as a warming and irritating agent that enhances blood circulation in the body. It is used in the treatment of bronchitis, rheumatism, pneumonia, neuralgia, and is also used for radiculitis, gout, neuritis. Mustard has warming properties, so it is widely used for the treatment and prevention of colds both as a seasoning for food and in the form of mustard plasters, compresses, mustard baths, rubbing, and so on. Mustard increases appetite, helps improve the functioning of the digestive tract and normalizes metabolism. Mustard enhances blood circulation.

Camphor has strong anti-inflammatory, bactericidal and antiseptic properties.

Method of application

Rub a small amount of gel-balm with light massage movements into the chest and back area. Apply to clean, dry skin. For a longer lasting warming effect, it is recommended to wrap the treated area with a woolen cloth.
