Properties
The Mystery dietary supplement can be recommended as an additional source of essential ω-3 PUFAs, choline from citicoline and ginkgo biloba, which helps maintain normal brain function, including in people with autonomic dysfunction, and during rehabilitation after brain injuries, as well as to improve cognitive functions.
Cognizin™ Citicoline is a patented form of citicoline and is a powerful brain health nutrient that has been clinically proven to improve focus, attention, and memory.
Citicoline participates in the biosynthesis of structural components of neuronal membranes (phospholipids). It ensures the functioning of membrane ion exchange pumps, the modulation of which is necessary for the normal conduction of nerve impulses. Due to its stabilizing effect on the neuronal membrane, it exhibits anti-edematous properties.
Citicoline is readily hydrolyzed when taken orally, breaking down into choline and cytidine, which are normal components of the body, providing the body with a source of choline. It is a precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which supports cognitive function:

- learning and mental activity.
AvailOm 50 High DHA Algae is a powerful antioxidant that has a complex anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effect, helps normalize the lipid profile, inhibits the development and progression of atherosclerosis, helps reduce blood viscosity, restores elasticity and tone of blood vessels. Selectively integrates into the membranes of the retina and postsynaptic neuron cells and plays an important role in vision functions and in the functioning of the nervous system. Ginkgo biloba extract is able to enhance oxygen transport to the brain, increase electrical activity and improve brain energy metabolism, and helps reduce tissue ischemia.

Mystery can be recommended as a dietary supplement to the main diet as a balanced complex of omega-3 fatty acids, choline from citicoline and ginkgo biloba, which helps maintain normal brain activity, including in people with autonomic dysfunction, and during rehabilitation after brain injuries, as well as to improve cognitive functions.
Method of administration and doses
Adults should take 1 tablet 2 times a day after meals with sufficient drinking water.
On the recommendation of a doctor, you can take up to 3 tablets per day, which, if necessary, can be taken in 2-3 doses.
The duration of consumption should be agreed with the doctor individually.
