Composition
Hyaluronic Acid 0.4%, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Vitamin E-TPGS and Glypocrymer. Other ingredients: deionized water, boric acid, sodium tetraborate.

Properties
α-lipoic acid is a powerful antioxidant and chelator, activates carbohydrate metabolism, plays a key role in the energy metabolism of glucose, increases ATP synthesis. Inhibits the processes of gluconeogenesis and ketogenesis. Directly inactivates any free radicals, protects the lens from oxidation, preserves its transparency. Reduces the oxidation of lipids of cell membranes, especially in the nerve cells of the cornea, which allows to preserve its sensitivity. Increases endogenous antioxidant potential. Improves endothelial function. Has high bioavailability, is quickly and completely absorbed.
Vitamin E-TPGS – D-alpha-tocopherol polyethylene glycol succinate – is a water-soluble derivative of vitamin E, specially designed to increase the bioavailability of poorly soluble active pharmaceutical ingredients. Facilitates the transport of fat-soluble active ingredients, serves as a source of vitamin E of natural origin and is used as an antioxidant. Protects cell membranes from oxidative changes.
Hyaluronic acid is a natural high-molecular biopolymer, has mucoadhesive and viscoelastic effects, the ability to adhere to the cells of the eye surface, thereby protecting, lubricating and moisturizing them. Reduces tear osmolarity, normalizes meibomian gland secretion, improves tear film stability and creates a favorable microenvironment for re-epithelialization processes, restoration of the ocular surface in cases of corneal and conjunctival damage.
Hyaluronic acid helps retain the active ingredients of the drug on the surface of the eye (tear film) and prolongs the contact time of the molecules with the structures of the eye, increasing their bioavailability.
Boric acid – provides an antiseptic effect, has buffering properties, and is used as a pH regulator in ophthalmic solutions.
Glypogrimer is a gelling agent that ensures the product adapts to the physiological properties of the eyes.
Recommended for sensitive, dry, dehydrated and tired eyes.
The lubricating effect provides long-lasting relief of symptoms. The high viscosity provides long-lasting protection to the ocular surface.
Indications for use
- Diabetic retinopathy – protects the eye and stabilizes the tear film in the event of oxidative stress and accumulation of free radicals on the surface of the eye.
- Prevention of cataract progression.
- Angiopathies and neuropathies of various genesis.
- Ideal for external eye stress (excessive exposure to sunlight, wind, dust, air conditioners, dry and polluted air, prolonged computer work, poor lighting, night driving, etc.).
- It is especially effective in protecting the cornea of tired eyes at night.
- Indicated for the symptomatic treatment of dry eye syndrome - lubricates, moisturizes and protects sensitive, dry, dehydrated eyes.
Method of application
To achieve maximum effect, the gel is recommended to be used at night, but it can be used at any time during the day.
Adults: 1 drop in the conjunctival sac 2-3 times a day.
Children: 1 drop 2-3 times a day under the supervision of a doctor. There are no age restrictions when the solution is prescribed by a doctor.
After application, carefully close and open the eyelids to evenly distribute the drop over the surface of the eyes.
The absence of preservatives reduces the risk of adverse reactions and makes the product suitable for long-term use.
Reservation
- In case of eye irritation, discontinue use of the product and consult a specialist.
- Do not use if allergic or hypersensitive to any component.
- Store away from heat sources, in a dry place, at a temperature of 5°C to 25°C.
- Do not use while wearing contact lenses.
- Vision may become blurred immediately after applying the drops, so make sure you can see clearly before taking any action.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not take internally.
- Can be used within 180 days (or 6 months) after first opening.
- Do not use if the bottle appears damaged.
- Do not allow the tip of the bottle to touch your eyes or eyelids.
- Close the bottle tightly after each use.
- Do not use after the expiration date.
Does not contain: preservatives, benzalkonium chloride, chlorhexidine, parabens, phenoxyethanol, thimerosal and components of animal origin.
Expiration date
24 months.
