Properties
Black elderberry (Sambucus nigra): fruit extract is a source of proteins, phenolic acids, vitamins A, B1, B2, C, E; minerals - magnesium, zinc, iron; bioflavonoids: rutin, quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin - these compounds are powerful antioxidants that can help reduce damage to the body due to oxidative stress during viral or bacterial infection. Among phenolic compounds, a significant share is occupied by anthocyanins (glycosides of cyanidin, sambucin), which give elderberry fruits a pleasant dark purple color and are strong antioxidants with anti-inflammatory effects. Due to the presence of these substances in the composition of elderberries, food products using black elderberry have high biological value. Black elderberry, due to the content of ascorbic acid and anthocyanins, is able to strengthen the immune system, increase protective properties and help reduce the duration and severity of cold and flu symptoms in adults.
Polyphenols, known as antioxidants with high biological activity, are the most important group of bioactive compounds that can counteract the negative effects of stress and strengthen the immune system, have mild expectorant and diaphoretic properties in colds and viral diseases, are also used as a diaphoretic, have the property of reducing the severity of pain and the effects of inflammation in colds. Method of application
- Children over 12 years old - 1 sachet per day.
- Adults – 2 sachets per day.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a sufficient amount of warm water and drink immediately after dissolving. The solution has a pleasant taste of elderberry and raspberry. Take after meals.

Contraindication
