Description
NASISOFT is a product for intranasal and inhalation use. It has cleansing and moisturizing properties.
NASISOFT cleanses and moisturizes the nasal mucosa in both healthy individuals and patients with inflammatory and allergic respiratory diseases. NASISOFT facilitates breathing by thinning the secretions of the nasal mucosa, paranasal sinuses and bronchi, and promotes their excretion.
Composition
1 ml (ml) of solution contains:
Sodium hyaluronate 1.0 mg (mg);
Sodium chloride 9.0 mg (mg).
Indications for use
Daily nasal hygiene;
Moisturizing the nasal mucosa in dry air conditions;
Cleaning the nasal mucosa from dust and allergens;
Prevention of infectious diseases of the respiratory tract;
Comprehensive treatment of bronchitis, bronchiolitis, cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis to thin sputum;
Comprehensive treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the nasopharynx, nasal cavity and sinuses, adenoid hypertrophy in children, year-round and seasonal allergic rhinitis;
Postoperative period after operations on the nasal cavity organs.
Mechanism of action
NASISOFT makes breathing easier by thinning the secretions of the nasal mucosa, paranasal sinuses, and bronchi, and promotes their elimination.
Mechanism of action of each component:
Hyaluronic acid is a natural component (polysaccharide) that performs a number of important biological functions in the body. Due to the hydrophilic properties of its molecule, hyaluronic acid provides a high degree of hydration in the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, which in combination with sodium chloride solution promotes hydration, creates conditions for improving mucociliary clearance. Also, due to the high degree of hydration of the hyaluronic acid molecule, a barrier is formed on the surface of the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract, which prevents the adhesion (sticking) of antigens (viruses, bacteria, allergens).
Contraindication
Increased individual sensitivity to the product components.
Method of administration and doses
NASISOFT is intended for inhalation use by inhalation through the mouth or nose using a nebulizer and intranasal administration.
Instructions for using NASISOFT with a nebulizer
For inhalation, use 2–4 ml of the solution 2 times a day. If necessary, the frequency of administration can be increased.
Aerosol inhalation can be performed using a special face mask, mouthpiece, mouthpiece-nipple, or nasal cannula.
Prepare the nebulizer for use.
Open the plastic bag and remove the single-dose container. Make sure the container is not damaged. Do not remove the container from the bag unless necessary.
Shake the container you removed. Leave the other containers in the plastic bag and place them in a cardboard box.
Holding the container by the top edge, turn the other edge to open the container.
Insert the container into the nebulizer with the open end down and press gently. Make sure all the solution flows into the nebulizer.
Assemble the nebulizer and use it as intended.
After use, rinse the nebulizer and dispose of any remaining solution.
Instructions for intranasal administration of NASISOFT
NASISOFT is prescribed for:
children from birth to 7 years old – 1–2 drops in each nasal passage 1–3 times a day;
children aged 7 to 12 years and adolescents 13–16 years – 2 drops in each nasal passage 2–4 times a day;
adults – 2–3 drops in each nasal passage 3–6 times a day.
Check the integrity of the packaging before use.
It is recommended to clear the nasal passages before intranasal administration.
When used in newborns:
lay the child on his side.
When used in children and adults:
While sitting or standing, tilt your head to one side. Insert a single-dose container into each nasal passage in turn and gently press.
The injection should be performed into the left nostril, tilting the head to the right, and vice versa - into the right nostril, tilting the head to the left. The procedure is most effective before eating.
After the procedure, you need to keep your head straight so that the fluid can drain freely from your nose, and wipe it with a sanitary napkin.
Reservation
The solution is intended for use only by inhalation or intranasal administration.
Use by children must be supervised by adults!
If any unusual symptoms (dizziness, allergic reactions) occur during the procedure, it is recommended to discontinue use and immediately notify a doctor.
Do not use the product if the container has been damaged.
Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the packaging.
Do not mix with medicines or other medical products!
Side effect
NASISOFT is generally well tolerated. In rare cases, mucosal hyperemia may occur.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
There are no contraindications.

Children
The product can be used for children from birth.
Expiration date
2 years.
Storage conditions
Store in a place protected from sunlight at a temperature of +5 °C to +30 °C.
Packaging
4 ml in polymer containers, 10 or 60 containers in a cardboard pack.
