Composition

active ingredients: 1 filter bag (1.5 g) contains a mixture of medicinal plant raw materials: elderberry flowers (Sambuci flos) 135 mg, plantain leaves (Plantaginis majoris folium) 135 mg, knotweed grass (Polygoni avicularis herba) 135 mg, horsetail grass (Equiseti herba) 135 mg, common buckwheat grass (Bursae pastoris herba) 120 mg, corn columns with stigmas (Zeae maydis styli cum stigmatis) 120 mg, dandelion roots (Taraxaci officinalis radix) 120 mg, burdock roots (Arctii radix) 120 mg, bearberry leaves (Uvae ursi folium) 120 mg, peppermint leaves (Menthae piperitae folium) 120 mg, chamomile flowers (Matricariae flos) 120 mg, string grass (Bidentis herba) 120 mg.

NEPHROPHYT has a diuretic effect and increases the nitrogen-excreting function of the kidneys, has a mild saluretic effect, i.e. promotes the excretion of salts to some extent. It has a positive effect on the urea-forming function of the liver and the cleansing function of the kidneys. It has antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.

Indication

Comprehensive treatment and prevention of exacerbations of inflammatory diseases of the kidneys and urinary tract, which are accompanied by a decrease in urinary and nitrogen excretory function, urolithiasis, and edema.

Contraindication

Gastropathy with increased secretion, chronic renal failure, gastric ulcer in the acute stage, obstructive jaundice, cholelithiasis with stones over 10 mm in diameter, acute cholecystitis, acute hepatitis, cirrhosis of the liver, biliary tract obstruction, thrombophlebitis, croup, anorexia; hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.

Special safety measures.

It should be used with caution in cases of increased blood clotting, as well as in patients with bronchial asthma and spasmophilia.

Method of administration and doses

Pour 150 ml of boiling water over 2 filter bags, let steep in a closed container for 15 minutes.

Adults and children over 7 years old should take 150 ml warm 20-30 minutes before meals 3 times a day.

The duration of use is determined by the doctor. Usually the course of treatment lasts up to 2 months. If necessary, the course of treatment can be repeated at intervals of 3-4 weeks, as prescribed by the doctor.

The drug is contraindicated in children under 7 years of age.

Overdose

Dyspeptic symptoms and increased adverse reactions may occur.

However, given the multicomponent composition of the drug, in some cases, as a rule, with individual hypersensitivity to any component of the drug or violation of the recommended regimen of its administration, the development of allergic reactions is possible, including hyperemia, rashes, itching, angioedema, contact dermatitis, urticaria.

It is known from literary sources that the use of mountain ash leaves can cause pain in the lower back, change in urine color, and pain at the end of urination. Despite the fact that the NEPHROPHITE collection contains a small amount of mountain ash leaves, such manifestations are not excluded.
