Properties
The components that make up Nephrokea provide the following effects:
Antibacterial activity - inhibition of bacterial adhesion to the walls of the urinary tract. Cranberries contain proanthocyanidins, condensed cranberry tannins, and fructose. These substances inhibit the adhesion of uropathogenic E. coli and other bacteria to the epithelial cells of the urinary tract.
Acidification of urine. Nephrokea tablets contain vitamin C and cranberry extract, which acidify urine, thus creating an unfavorable environment for the growth and reproduction of pathogenic bacteria.
Diuretic activity. Parsley and celery leaves are well known for their diuretic activity. Cranberry in Nephrocaea creates an unfavorable environment for microbes, and the diuretic property of parsley and celery leaves ensures the immediate removal of infectious agents from the body, thus preventing their further pathogenic effect.
Antioxidant activity. The active substances of Nephrokea have powerful antioxidant activity, which helps eliminate pathogenic microorganisms that caused the infectious-inflammatory process.
Boosting immunity. Natural ingredients in active form, vitamin C and pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) in Nefrokea tablets help boost the body's overall immunity.
Cranberry extract. The ability of cranberries to block the adhesion of pathogenic microorganisms to body cells applies not only to E. coli, the bacterium that most often causes urinary tract infections, but also to other widespread pathogens of urinary tract infections. This effect contributes to the rapid washing out of infectious agents, preventing colonization of the urinary system by microbes, as well as the development of inflammation. The active components of cranberries enhance the effect of antibiotics and antiseptic drugs used in urinary tract infections. In vitro studies have shown that cranberry juice also has fungistatic properties against dermatophytes and other fungi.
Ursolic acid, found in cranberries, has a diuretic effect. In patients with kidney stones, cranberry juice reduces the amount of ionized calcium in the urine by >50%, which has a pronounced preventive effect on stone formation, especially considering that 75-85% of kidney stones are composed of calcium salts.
Cranberries make urine acidic due to the content of quinic acid, an acidic compound that is not broken down in the body and is excreted unchanged in the urine. Increasing the acidity of urine prevents the combination of calcium and phosphate ions involved in the formation of insoluble stones, thus preventing stone formation.
Cranberry pectic substances form insoluble compounds with heavy radioactive metals (lead, strontium, etc.), contributing to their elimination from the body and general detoxification.
Celery seed powder contains isoquercetin, terpinen-4-ol and apiol, which have a pronounced diuretic property, which contributes to the rapid elimination of pathogenic microbes from the body. P-cymol, guaiacol, limonene, terpinen-4-ol and umbelliferone in celery seeds provide antiseptic and bactericidal effects, and also bind and remove excess uric acid from the body.
Powder from the herb and leaves of nasturtium has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antioxidant activity, and helps increase the body's immune response in cystitis and pyelonephritis due to the high content of vitamins B, A, and some trace elements.
Parsley leaf powder has a diuretic effect due to apiol and myristicin, which helps eliminate bacteria in cystitis, pyelonephritis, asymptomatic bacteriuria and remove stones in urolithiasis. Also, parsley leaves, thanks to their antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties, help eliminate discomfort and reduce pain that accompany inflammatory processes in the urinary system.
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) stimulates the body's immune system. 1 Nephrokea tablet contains a daily dose of vitamin C. When the body is saturated with vitamin C, urine becomes acidified, which helps eliminate urinary tract infections.
Nephrochea, as a complex remedy of plant origin, exhibits antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, antioxidant and detoxification effects, acidifies urine, and prevents the formation of kidney stones.
It is not a medicine.
