Composition

Each 100 ml of solution contains:

Lespedeza capitata extract - 15 ml;

Star anise essence (Illicium verum) - 0.1 ml.

Description

Nephroles is a combined natural herbal preparation for the treatment of inflammatory kidney diseases.

Lespedeza capitata extract has a pronounced antiazotemic and anti-inflammatory effect. Lespedeza extract contains: catechins, which act similarly to vitamin P, flavonoids (phenolcarboxylic acids, quercetin, kaempferol, isoquercitrin, lespidin, etc.), ascorbic acid and a number of alkaloids. Lespedeza extract is traditionally used as a diuretic for mild urinary disorders and the initial stages of nephritis. Lespedeza is indicated for uremia, as it significantly reduces the level of urea in the blood. Lespedeza capitata is used to treat acute and chronic (moderate) nephritis: it has an analgesic, bactericidal and diuretic effect. Lespedeza enhances blood circulation in the kidneys, which helps to strengthen previously damaged blood vessels, thereby restoring the function of this important organ. Lesredeza capitata reduces the concentration of toxic metabolites in the blood and increases diuresis due to the active removal of sodium ions. Lespedeza capitata has a powerful antioxidant effect, which is realized in the kidney tissues. The antioxidant effect prevents the development of inflammation of the renal glomeruli, reduces the risk of developing renal sclerosis.

Anise extract has a mild diuretic effect. Star anise seed extract contains: phenols (anethole, safrole), methylhavicol, palmitic acid, cineole (ketone), dipeptene, phellandrene (terpenes). The diuretic properties of anise are used in the treatment of bladder diseases, in particular cystitis and oliguria. Star anise improves the functional state of the kidneys, relieves renal colic, has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic, disinfectant, diuretic, analgesic and sedative effects. It dissolves stones, and also promotes the excretion of sand from the kidneys and bladder, relieves renal colic and enhances the effect of antibiotics.

Indication

Acute and chronic renal failure; acute and chronic nephritis; diabetic nephropathy; inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, children, pregnancy and lactation.

Application features

If you have been diagnosed with urolithiasis and have been prescribed extracorporeal lipotracheitis, be sure to consult a urologist before taking the drug.

Method of administration and doses

Adults are prescribed to take 1-2 teaspoons 2-3 times a day before meals.

Before use, the drug must be diluted with a small amount of water.

Store in a place protected from light and out of the reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
