Pharmacological properties

Pharmacodynamics.

The biologically active substances of the drug have a hemostatic, diuretic, tonic, anti-inflammatory and vasoconstrictor effect, contribute to an increase in hemoglobin content and the number of erythrocytes, normalize blood composition, reduce blood sugar levels, promote the regeneration of the mucous membranes of the digestive tract, and normalize lipid metabolism.

Indication

Pulmonary, intestinal, uterine, hemorrhoidal and other bleeding; anemia of various etiologies; diseases of the digestive tract (gastritis, colitis, gastric and duodenal ulcers).

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to the biologically active substances of the drug. Increased blood clotting; bleeding caused by cysts, polyps and other tumors of the uterus and its appendages; arterial hypertension.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding

Contraindicated during pregnancy. In breastfeeding women, it increases lactation.

Method of administration and doses

Place 2 dessert spoons of leaves in an enameled dish, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and infuse in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the residue into the strained infusion. Bring the volume of the infusion to 200 ml with boiled water. Use warm 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals: adults and children over 12 years old - ¼-½ cup, children 5-7 years old - 1 tablespoon, children 7-12 years old - 2 tablespoons.

Shake the infusion before use.

Place 2 filter bags in a glass or enameled container, pour 200 ml of boiling water, close and let stand for 15 minutes. Use warm 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals: adults and children over 12 years old – ½-1 cup, children 5-7 years old – 2 tablespoons, children 7-12 years old – ¼ cup.

The duration of the course of treatment is determined by the doctor individually.

The drug should be used in children over 5 years of age.
