Composition
Each hard gelatin capsule contains the following active ingredients:
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine) - 1.1 mg (milligrams);
- Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) - 1.4 mg (milligrams);
- Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) - 16 mg (milligrams);
- Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) - 6 mg (milligrams);
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 1.4 mg (milligrams);
- Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) - 2.5 mcg (micrograms);
- D-biotin - 50 mcg (micrograms);
- Folic acid - 200 mcg (micrograms).
Excipients include microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate.
Active ingredients
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) is converted in the human body to cocarboxylase through phosphorylation, which is a coenzyme for many enzymatic reactions. Vitamin B1 is important for carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism reactions, and also plays a role in the transmission of nerve signals.
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is part of the flavin coenzymes - FMN and FAD, which are actively involved in redox reactions in cellular respiration.
Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) participates in hematopoiesis, improves the functioning of the cardiovascular and nervous systems, prevents the development of diabetes, and stabilizes the emotional state.
Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) is responsible for the synthesis of hormones, essential fatty acids, hemoglobin, and other important components of the body.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) is necessary for the normal functioning of the nervous system and is involved in amino acid metabolism.
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) is important for normal hematopoiesis and maturation of erythrocytes, and also participates in many biochemical reactions that ensure the vital activity of the body.
D-biotin (vitamin H or B7) regulates protein and fat metabolism, plays an important role in glucose synthesis and other important processes.
Folic acid is important for the synthesis of amino acids and other biologically active substances.

Contraindication
High sensitivity to the components of the dietary supplement is a possible contraindication to its use. It is not recommended to prescribe this product to children under 12 years of age, as well as to women during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to the lack of reliable clinical data confirming the safety of its use in these categories of patients. In addition, it is not recommended to use Neuracord Simbe in high doses for more than 4 weeks. During its use, it is worth refraining from concomitant use of multivitamin complexes containing B vitamins to avoid the risk of overdose. In addition, the use of preparations with vitamin B12 in patients with psoriasis may lead to a worsening of the course of the disease.
Application features
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Due to the lack of clinical data on the use of the dietary supplement during pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is recommended to refrain from using it during this period. It is also worth being careful when driving or using other mechanisms, since there is no reliable data on the effect of additional intake on the speed of reactions.
Children.
This dietary supplement has not been studied for safety and efficacy in children under 12 years of age. Therefore, it is recommended to refrain from using it in this age group. It is important not to exceed the recommended daily dose. This product cannot be used as a substitute for a complete diet and is intended for adults. It is important to note that this supplement is not a medicine and does not contain GMOs.
The dietary supplement should be taken 1 capsule once a day. It is recommended to take the capsules after meals, without chewing, with sufficient liquid. The duration and dose of the drug should be determined individually in cooperation with the doctor after additional consultation.
Overdose
There are no reports of overdose, but adverse reactions are possible. If necessary, symptomatic treatment is used.
Side effects
The drug is usually well tolerated at recommended doses, but rare adverse reactions such as nausea, tachycardia, skin reactions such as itching and urticaria, and shock are possible. It is also important to consider interactions with other dietary supplements and medications.
It should be noted that when the drug is taken simultaneously with levodopa, a decrease in the antiparkinsonian efficacy of levodopa may occur. In addition, when the drug is used in combination with ethanol, a decrease in the absorption of thiamine, which is part of the component of the drug "Neuracord Simbe", may be observed.
Long-term treatment with anticonvulsants (phenobarbital, phenytoin, carbamazepine) while taking "Neuracord Simbe" can cause thiamine deficiency. It should also be borne in mind that when using the drug with colchicine or biguanides, a decrease in cyanocobalamin absorption may occur. Finally, the use of the drug with isoniazid, penicillin or oral contraceptives can lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of vitamin B6.
Storage conditions
