Neuropea capsules No. 30

composition
Active ingredient: palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) – 300 mg palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), microcrystalline cellulose, poloxamer, croscarmellose sodium, talc, magnesium.Properties
Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) belongs to bioregulators with a wide range of biological and pharmacological effects, has anti-inflammatory, antitoxic, adaptogenic, membranotropic and membrane-stabilizing properties.
PEA is an endogenous fatty acid amide that belongs to the class of nuclear factor agonists. PEA has been shown to bind to nuclear receptors in the cell and exerts a wide range of biological functions related to chronic nociception and inflammation. The primary target has been reported to be the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPAR-α). PEA also has affinity for the cannabinoid unified G receptors, GPR55 and GPR119, as well as for the CB2 receptor.
PEA can be classified as an autacoid local injury antagonism (ALIA), a physiologically active substance produced in response to local tissue injury.
PEA has a modulating effect at different levels (sensory endings, endoneurium, synaptic connections between 1st and 2nd order neurons in the spinal cord) of the physiological reactivity of nervous tissue, thereby controlling inflammatory and/or neuropathic nociception.
After acute and/or chronic inflammatory diseases of nervous tissue of various genesis (including osteochondrosis, diabetes, radiculopathy), when the tissues of the peripheral nervous system and spinal cord exhaust their natural ability to synthesize endogenous palmitoylethanolamide, which increases the risk of inflammatory nociception/ Somatosensory system Inflammatory nociception can transform into neuropathic.
In such cases, it is very important to counteract the activation of glial cells (not only mast cells at the level of sensory endings and/or endoneurial regions, but also microglia cells at the level of the spinal cord), which normally provide tropism and homeodynamic balance in the nervous tissue.
Method of application
NEUROPEA can be used on the recommendation of a doctor as an additional source of biologically active substances in the diet of adults and contributes to
restoration of PEA levels in the central and peripheral nervous system; reduction of the production of inflammatory mediators in the nervous tissue; stabilization of mast cell membranes; reduction of afferent nociception in the peripheral nervous system; improvement of concentration and attention; improvement of memory in conditions of recovery after ischemic lesions; ability to modify the lipid composition of hypoxic tissues.Recommendations for use
