Composition

Isotonic brine solution "Morshynska No. 1". Contains the following trace elements: K+, Na+, Ca 2+, Mg 2+ and anions: Cl-, SO4 2-.

Properties

No-Sol cleansing nasal irrigation and rinsing agent:

• helps cleanse the nasal mucosa from street and indoor dust;
• Due to its properties, the No-Sol cleansing nasal irrigation and rinsing agent restores nasal functions, thereby reducing the local inflammatory process and reducing the risk of complications;
• No-Sol cleansing nasal irrigation and rinsing agent maintains the normal physiological state of the nasal mucosa;
• thins mucus and normalizes its production in the nasal mucosa;
• improves the function of the ciliated epithelium, which increases the resistance of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses to the penetration of pathogenic bacteria and viruses;
• washes and removes allergens and haptens from the nasal mucosa.

No-Sol cleansing nasal irrigation and rinsing agent can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Recommendations for use

No-Sol Cleansing nasal irrigation and rinsing agent is used:

— as a means of daily nasal cavity hygiene to preserve the protective properties of the mucous membrane in conditions of increased dryness or air pollution (air conditioning, central heating, smoky rooms, etc.) in order to preserve the physiological characteristics of the mucous membrane in changed microclimatic conditions;

— for acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the nasopharynx, paranasal sinuses and nasal cavity of various etiologies (rhinitis, sinusitis);

— as a means of prevention and in case of acute respiratory infections, acute respiratory viral infections, colds;

— to cleanse the nasal mucosa from dust, allergens and infected mucus;

— for preventive purposes to clean the nasal cavity when working in hazardous conditions;

- for infectious diseases of the nose and nasopharynx in the autumn-winter period;

— as part of the complex treatment of adenoids in children;

— for preparation for the introduction of medications into the nasal cavity (to improve their absorption);

— to alleviate the patient's condition with allergic, vasomotor and perennial rhinitis.

Rinsing the nasal cavity with the No-Sol cleansing nasal irrigation and rinsing agent leads to mechanical cleansing of the mucous membrane from dust, mucous secretions and other pathogenic factors (bacteria, allergens, viruses) acting on the mucous membrane;

Method of administration and doses

Adults - 2 injections, children over 2 years old - 1-2 injections into each nasal passage 3-4 times a day for therapeutic purposes, for hygienic purposes - 1-4 times a day.

Nasal irrigation technique:

— It is recommended to wash your nose while standing, leaning slightly over the sink.

— insert the tip of the bottle into the nasal passage. Rinse the nasal cavity with saline solution for 2-3 seconds.

— clear your nose (blow your nose, free your nasal passages with a quick, sharp exhalation through your nose).

— perform this procedure with the other nasal passage.

Due to its chemical composition and concentration, the duration and frequency of use of the No-Sol Cleansing Nasal Irrigation and Rinsing Solution are not limited; the product is safe for long-term use and is not addictive.
