Composition

Effectively moisturizes the nasal mucosa, thins thick mucus, softens dry scales in the nose and promotes their easy removal.

Highly purified, stabilized 0.65% sodium chloride solution corresponds as closely as possible to natural nasal secretions. Buffer substances included in the preparation bring the pH of the solution closer to the pH of the natural secretory fluid of the nasal mucosa and maintain this indicator at a constant level.

No-Sol® moisturizer improves the sense of smell and the transport function of the ciliated epithelium, helps restore nasal breathing, shortens the rehabilitation period, and allows you to reduce the dose and frequency of use of topical vasoconstrictors.

Indication

Apply to infants, children and adults.

For hygienic care of the nasal cavity, prevention and complex treatment of diseases of the nasal mucosa and paranasal sinuses, accompanied by dryness of the nasal mucosa or mucus formation (atrophic, allergic, infectious, drug rhinitis); as an auxiliary agent in the use of local vasoconstrictors. to eliminate dryness of the nasal mucosa caused by the operation of air conditioners, including automobile ones, or central heating radiators, during air flights. after surgical interventions in the nasal cavity and sinuses.

Method of administration and doses

Immediately before use, you need to hold the bottle with the drug in the palm of your hand to warm it to body temperature.

Nasal drops

Adults - 2 drops; children over 1 year old - 1-2 drops; children under 1 year old - 1 drop in each nasal passage for therapeutic purposes 3-4 times a day, for hygienic purposes - 1-4 times a day.

The course of treatment is up to 4 weeks. If necessary, the course of treatment can be repeated after a month.

Adults

Before starting the procedure, wash your hands with soap and gently clear your nasal passages of secretions by blowing your nose quickly. To prevent the solution from leaking out, lie down or sit down and tilt your head back, then instill the drug, taking care not to touch the dropper bottle to the inner walls of your nose. After instillation, it is advisable to lie down with your head tilted back for 2 minutes. Remove any remaining solution from your face with cotton wool or a handkerchief.

Children

Before starting the procedure, wash your hands with soap and gently clear the child's nose of mucus. After clearing the nose of mucus, instill No-Sol® Moisturizing drops into each nasal passage. When instilling drops into the right nostril, the child's head should be slightly tilted back and tilted to the right, and, conversely, the child's head should be tilted to the left when instilling drops into the left nostril. After instillation, the child should be seated and helped to clear the nose of liquefied mucus. The remaining solution should be carefully removed from the face with cotton wool or a handkerchief.

Children

Children should use under adult supervision.

Overdose

Cases of overdose, as well as any toxic or systemic reactions resulting from the use of the drug, have not been described.

Allergic reactions are possible in people with individual intolerance to the components of the drug.
